Tolu Olowofoyeku, co-founder of Kugali Media, has announced the launch of a new mentorship programme aimed at supporting emerging professionals across a range of industries. The announcement was made via a video published on his LinkedIn profile, where he outlined the scope and intent of the initiative.

Olowofoyeku said the programme was developed in response to long-standing requests for structured mentorship, noting that he had delayed its launch until he was confident it could deliver consistent and practical value. “I’ve been asked for a mentorship programme many times,” he said, “but I wanted to ensure that whatever I created would be genuinely useful across industries.”

The programme will accept ten participants in its inaugural cohort. According to Olowofoyeku, the limited intake is intended to allow for focused engagement and tailored guidance rather than large-scale participation. The mentorship will centre on long-term thinking, strategic clarity, and personal development.

Applications for the first cohort are scheduled to close on Christmas Eve. Further information, including registration details, has been made available through the LinkedIn announcement.
